Department of Justice against Oregon and Rhode Island, based on their (over) reliance on sheltered workshops, have created further incentives for states to figure out how to increase employment opportunities in integrated settings, at competitive wages, for people with disabilities.   For a snapshot of what some other states, like Minnesota and Ohio, are doing, check out this article from Disability Scoop: https://www.disabilityscoop.com/2016/02/09/states-alternatives-sheltered/21889/
