  • Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to medical services.
  • Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to mental health services.
  • Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to accommodations necessary to participate in programs at the facilities.
  • Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to needed assistive technology.
  • Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to needed equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
  • Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied physical access to facilities and programs.
