Staff reporting resident assaulted her by grabbing her wrist band with keys and pulled on it trying to take the keys; Resident is in DHS custody. Staff stated they will attempt to seek warrants and have resident removed from facility for the safety of staff members.

Officers were dispatched to facility; While en route the complainant called back to cancel police. Officers still responded to make contact and were advised they were not needed and the person causing the disturbance had calmed down.

Officers responded to facility for fight between the residents. Staff stated a disturbance broke out in the common area; Juvenile 1 struck Juvenile 2, and Juvenile 3 struck Juvenile 4. No injuries. There were also 2 more Juveniles involved in disturbance. Staff stated they could not separate the Juveniles to different buildings and there was not any other personnel to call.
