QRTP – Staff stated J1 began causing a disturbance after getting suspended from school. Staff observed J1 threaten J2 & J3, stating he was going to beat their ass and also threatened to kill J2. J1 told officer he was just playing and did not intend to harm peers.

Officers checked area and did not locate anyone needing assistance. Staff did not recognize the number the call was made from and did not need assistance.
11.22.22 Assault Third Degree. MLR
Staff member stated while at work, juvenile became upset and began throwing hygiene items at him for no reason. After juvenile began to throw chairs at him, he restrained juvenile per facility policy. The Child Abuse Hotline was contacted.
