Help Us Expand Justice: Support Education Cases and Ongoing Investigations

Every day, individuals face barriers that deny them equal access to education and other opportunities. For over four decades, Disability Rights Arkansas (DRA) has been a steadfast advocate for Arkansans with disabilities: protecting rights, promoting inclusion, and fighting for justice. DRA has the expertise and commitment to fight these injustices—but we need your help to take the next step.

Due to the uncertainty of future funding, DRA has had to make the painful decision to stop accepting new cases, particularly education related cases, and furlough staff. The education cases have long been the top reason families reach out to us. We continue to offer information, referrals, and technical assistance, but we want to do more.

With your contribution, we can begin accepting education-related cases—ensuring students with disabilities receive the services and protections they deserve.
