Overview of Bills Impacting Medicaid that were Introduced in the 91st General Assembly

If you are impacted in any way by Medicaid, you will want to keep abreast of the legislation introduced during the 91st General Assembly that affects Medicaid.  The link below will take you to a summary of these bills compiled by the group, “Medicaid Saves Lives”.  Here you will see a good summary of the bills, their history, actual language and details, and how your legislator voted.  Note that this summary was released on March 13, 2017, so the latest actions may not be reflected here, but this is a good summary that covers what happened up until the last couple of weeks of the session, which informally ended April 3, 2017.
