- Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to needed assistive technology.
- Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied access to needed equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
- Individuals with disabilities in jails/prisons who have not been provided and/or have been denied physical access to facilities and programs.
