Upon officers arrival, 3 staff members were laying on juvenile in a restraint. Staff reported juvenile had a marker that she wasn’t supposed to have, and had broken it and attempted to stab him with it after he attempted to retrieve it. Officer placed juvenile under arrest and she was transported to JDC and given a court date.
