Staff wanted to file a report regarding a fight between residents. Resident advised officer that she sat in some water accidentally and a peer began laughing at her. Resident asked peer not to laugh at her and the peer walked off, but later returned and grabbed resident by the hair and began hitting her. Resident stated she was hit at least 4 times while in the fetal position on the ground before staff separated them. No visible injury noted. Peer did not provide her side of the story.
