Caller advised she would like to make a report for an assault that happened to her daughter yesterday at this address. Caller advised they are both patients inside the facility.
Officer spoke to mother of child. Some of the staff that was here last night reviewed the video for the officer. The mother and child will not file charges at this time, but officer will be filing an incident report.
