Disability Rights Arkansas Welcomes Jennifer Lewis and Dominique White to Board of Directors
Little Rock, AR — Disability Rights Arkansas (DRA) is proud to announce the appointment of two individuals, Jennifer Lewis, and Dominique White, to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2025.
Jennifer Lewis currently serves as CEO of Texarkana Resources for the Disabled, Inc., where she has led transformative initiatives in disability services and workforce development. With over two decades of experience in direct support, program management, and executive leadership, Lewis brings a deep commitment to self-determination and community engagement.
Dominique White is the Director of Access and Accommodation Services at Arkansas State University. A passionate advocate for inclusive education and peer support, White has expressed strong interest in contributing to DRA’s Strategic Planning and Public Policy Committees. Her leadership in higher education and disability advocacy will be instrumental in advancing DRA’s mission across the state.
“My priority this year is building a board that reflects both strength and vision,” said Raysha Clark, DRA Board President, “Dominique brings expertise in creating inclusive environments and advancing disability access across higher education, while Jennifer brings proven leadership in providing disability services and strengthening community partnerships. With their perspectives and deep commitment to equity, Disability Rights Arkansas is poised to meet the challenges ahead with a renewed focus on advancing disability rights statewide.”
The appointments were approved following recommendations from the DRA Governance Committee and reflect the organization’s ongoing commitment to diverse representation and strategic growth.
