- Client reported she had hidden and used her nail to create a small wound on her arm. Superficial wound was cleaned and covered. Client was placed on self-harm precautions x7 days with constant LOS.
- Licensing follow-up: Unannounced licensing visit conducted. Client’s self-harm precautions expired.
