- Licensing conducted walkthrough and followed up on an incident involving resident and whether resident is accessing educational and recreational programming while programming separately in comfort room. Resident was observed to be 1:1 with staff during visit, and books/school materials were in the comfort room. Facility continues to search for an appropriate discharge placement due to acuity of resident behaviors.
- All units were calm at time of visit. Residents currently on spring break. Licensing viewed 6 rooms with no concerns noted. Fire inspector was on-site to complete 2023 fire inspection.
