- Activities coordinator – 7/9/2023
Licensing Specialist was informed that [REDACTED] transferred from Perimeter of West Memphis. She was promoted from PRN Mental Health Technician to Activities Coordinator. Both personnel files reviewed complied with the minimum licensing standards. Licensing Specialist: Jarred Parnell.
