Caller requested a welfare check on her daughter at the facility due to staff not treating her well, and her daughter not eating or sleeping. Officer spoke with the caller and advised her they are unable to do anything about the juvenile’s emotional state, all they can do is check on her to make sure she’s alright. Caller felt like an officer responding would only make things worse for her, and stated she would go through CPS to see if she could get her moved elsewhere.
