Resident was sitting in the dayroom under a blanket and staff noticed resident making scratching motions with her arms. When staff tried to process with resident she became non-verbal. Blanket was removed. Resident remains on suicide and self-harm precautions. She is now on restricted linens due to continued threats of use for strangulation and using them to hide her self harming.
