Licensing Specialist: Jarred Parnell
A building and grounds walkthrough was completed of the building. All units, the classrooms, the cafeteria and outdoor recreation area were inspected for cleanliness, structural maintenance issues, sleeping arrangements. Ratios were evaluated during the walkthrough. The M.A.R was reviewed for 6 residents while at the facility. The M.A.R. is up-to-date for the days medication distribution.
