Upon officers arrival, staff stated 3 juveniles were trying to get into dorm room 2 because peers were egging them on from inside. Staff stated after juveniles were grabbing wristbands to gain access, they were separated and medication was administered to J1 to calm her down. J1 charged at officers and started swinging, so she was placed in handcuffs and escorted to patrol unit. Staff stated J1 had pushed a cart at her, busting her lip, and kicked her upper shoulder/chest area. J1 was transported to ACH via MEMS for treatment (suicidal ideations & psychiatric health).
