Staff advised she was at the Children’s Hospital escorting both Juveniles 1 & 2 back to facility. Juvenile 2 used his forehead to bump into hers. Staff stated Juvenile 1 was being escorted with many nurses but Juvenile 1 managed to kick Staff in the forehead. Staff advised she was not injured.

Officers made contact with Program Director at Centers who reported 2 juveniles had ran away. After Director located them in a nearby park they started running again. On 12/23/2020, one of the juveniles was cleared from the system as a runaway. No info on whereabouts of other juvenile.

Child abuse hotline reporting staff was hit by resident, staff then placed resident in restraint, by pulling both residents arms behind back and pushing them against the wall, both staff and resident fell, resident taken to Arkansas Children’s Hospital; ongoing investigation. 9 residents eloped. 4 recovered by LE same day after search of area. 1 resident returned to facility 6 days later (11/04/20), she had been discharged and LE was called to transport her to her home in NLR. LE show 4 still missing

Officers responded to facility, staff reported a resident had runaway around 7:30am, before officers left the facility they received a call from local Walmart stating resident was there and wanted a ride back to facility because he was cold.

Staff informed officers that resident reported taking 12 Benadryl to harm self; resident then stated she took pills to leave facility; MEMS responded and observed resident, resident was not transported to hospital, staff to monitor resident.

Officers responded to facility and made contact with staff that stated a resident had hit her in the chest; when officers went to make contact with resident she punched another staff in the arm; police placed resident under arrest, on the way to patrol car resident kicked staff in the leg; resident stated she wanted to harm self; taken to Children’s Hospital; resident charged with battery third degree, assault third degree, and two counts or terroristic threatening, court date 11/16/20.

Officers responded to facility, staff reported an older male had called the facility eight times trying to contact a resident; resident informed staff she had a past relationship with older male; mother of resident stated she currently had an on going case.

Officers responded to facility and made contact with staff, staff stated resident had been cursing, throwing items, and attempting to self harm; resident attempted to strangle self with shirt, officers placed resident in “double locked” handcuffs to prevent self harm; resident taken to Children’s Hospital via MEMS.
