Officers were dispatched to facility; While en route the complainant called back to cancel police. Officers still responded to make contact and were advised they were not needed and the person causing the disturbance had calmed down.

Officers responded to facility for fight between the residents. Staff stated a disturbance broke out in the common area; Juvenile 1 struck Juvenile 2, and Juvenile 3 struck Juvenile 4. No injuries. There were also 2 more Juveniles involved in disturbance. Staff stated they could not separate the Juveniles to different buildings and there was not any other personnel to call.

Staff advised Juvenile 1 was assaulted by Juvenile 2. Juvenile 1 stated Juvenile 2 sucker punched her for no reason; Juvenile 2 stated she has anger problems and is working through that at facility. Juvenile 1 refused MEMS.

Staff reported resident kicked out the window in his dorm and ran away, staff stated resident has runaway before and normally returns in a couple of hours; officers circulated area and did not find resident; before report was completed staff reported resident had returned to facility.

Officers responded to assist MEMS with possibly combative patient. Upon arrival, Staff stated Juvenile had struck a case manager at facility multiple times. Staff showed Officers video footage of Juvenile standing in corner with a pencil; Staff stated Juvenile has suicidal tendencies and is not allowed to have sharp objects. Video shows case manager walking up to Juvenile and taking the pencil away, when Juvenile became combative, striking case manager in the groin approximately 3 times. Case manager was able to subdue Juvenile and calm her down. Juvenile was transported by MEMS to Bridgeway without incident.
