Report received from ASP investigator: Juvenile reported the facility is a violent place, people have hit her, and someone touched her vaginal area (she did not state whether it was staff or residents). Upon being interviewed by investigator, juvenile denied anyone touching her inappropriately, but did state residents fight and staff don’t intervene.
