Cortney Spangler joined Disability Rights Arkansas in April of 2019. She graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College in May of 2018 with an Associates in Applied Science in Paralegal Technology. Prior to attending college, Cortney spent 13 years in a career in customer service. Cortney enjoys helping others and being able to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
