Kerri Michael

Kerri Michael joined DRA as Communications and Outreach Director in May of 2019. Kerri earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Alabama and a master’s in social work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the staff at DRA, Kerri served as outreach director and later development director at Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families. She also served as development and marketing director for Just Communities of Arkansas. Kerri was appointed to the Access to Justice Commission by Governor Mike Beebe in 2014 and reappointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson in 2016. An avid community volunteer, Kerri is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and has served on numerous boards. Kerri is a certified yoga teacher and enjoys hiking, cooking, writing, and other creative pursuits.
