Kyla Bishop joined DRA in August 2019. A graduate of the University of Arkansas Little Rock Bowen School of Law, Kyla earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Her work at DRA focuses on vocational rehabilitation and special education issues. In her free time, Kyla enjoys reading and drawing.
