Buildings & Grounds completed from 7:45pm – 8:30pm. Census: 16.
Areas observed: Bedrooms, common area bathroom, cafeteria, nurse’s station, quiet room, laundry room, common area, and front entrance. Resident bathrooms were not observed due to residents resting or sleeping in their rooms.
Nurse reported the seclusion rooms were not being used due to repairs being made to the ceiling. MARs reviewed for 5 residents. No licensing concerns noted.
