Licensing Specialist: Kendra Rice.
Licensing conducted buildings and grounds visit from 11:45am – 12:30pm. Areas observed: Grounds, dining room, butterfly room, nurse’s station, lobby, and dayroom. Staff informed licensing that the facility was in the process of being renovated.
Residents were on reset due to displaying negative behavior on 10/23/23. They were observed in the dayroom sitting on the floor and on furniture, and appeared to be working on worksheets (school work).
