Individualized Education Plans (IEP) are so important; they can set our children up for success, or failure. Sometimes the weight of crafting this all-important document can get a little overwhelming, and it helps when you can break it down into some basic ideas to follow. Below see an “IEP One-Pager”, and let this be one of the tools you can use to develop a successful IEP. Thanks go to, “What Matters: Reflections on Disability, Community and Love” by Janice Fialka for this tool, and for encouraging everyone to share it!
