Governor Hutchinson today announced the planned closure of the Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center and the combining of the Colt and Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Centers.  Read Disability Rights Arkansas Executive Director Tom Masseau’s statement about this announcement:
