DRA Submits Comments Regarding the State’s Amendments to the 1915(c) HCBS Waiver Application

Disability Rights Arkansas is submitting comments to the State today with regards to the proposed amendments to the State’s 1915(c) HCBS Waiver application.  DRA’s comments cover the waiver expansion, stakeholder education, access to third party contractor performance assessments, case management guidelines (including conflict-free case management) and the appeals process, among other topics.  To see DRA’s comments in their entirety, see below:
