Excellent information from the ADA National Network about Service and Emotional Support Animals

Are you confused about the difference between service animals and emotional support animals?  About the difference in how support animals are covered by the ADA versus the Fair Housing Act?  There is a lot to know about service and support animals, and how their use is protected depending on the environment.  The ADA National Network has developed a publication called, “Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals: Where are they allowed and under what conditions?”  This publication provides a lot of information so that people with disabilities who use service and emotional support animals can understand their rights, and how their rights can vary depending on the setting and the circumstances they are in.

To view this document, you can read it below, or go to the ADA National Network site at:  Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals
