Governor Signs the Patricia Heath Act

Governor Hutchinson signed into law the Patricia Heath Act yesterday.  This act affirms the right of Arkansans with disabilities to utilize a service animal in public.  Sponsored by Senator Rapert and Representative Meeks, the Act states “Every individual with visual, hearing, or other disabilities has the right to be accompanied by a service animal especially trained to do work or to perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability in or upon any and all public ways, public places, and other public accommodations and housing accommodations”.

    My landlord evicted my service dog because he BIT a neighbors Chihuahua bit me was hanging from my pants and my dog brush around and didn’t even have a full by one puncture wound from his kin to each of the dog spot now this be noun the dog was attacking me the dog has attacked several people my dog was specifically trained to eliminate the threat and get me away from the threat. My dog was only doing his job as a landlord try to kick him out. What can I do?
    We are renting at the moment. We will be moving very soon as they have except the offer for our new house.we are just waiting for closing.
