Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities Announces a Request for Proposals for Grants to Increase Advocacy and Inclusion

The Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) has announced a Request for Proposals (RFP), with funding to be awarded for projects that will support the following GCDD goals:

  1. People with developmental disabilities and their families will be active in advocacy activities that improve their lives, and the lives of others and the service system.
  2. People with developmental disabilities and their families will have increased access to community support and services.
  3. The Council will collaborate with state agencies and community programs to improve competitive, integrated employment of Arkansans with developmental disabilities.

Hurry!  Proposals are due by July 14, 2017.  For more information, including a technical assistance workshop for grant applicants that will be offered on June 22, see the announcements below.
