Interim Report on the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center

See below for the interim report on the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center as compiled by our advocates and legal staff.  The inception of this report started with the new reporting of abuse at the facility that began this past June.
