Let’s Talk about Transparency

Let's Talk about Transparency.

Disability Rights Arkansas is committed to transparency and accountability in all we do, openly sharing information because accountability is central to our mission.

In fact, despite concerns being raised, no one currently, including legislators or other political entities, has formally requested any information from us outside of our funders. We would be more than willing to release the information that we can (some information is protected by confidentiality requirements or funding restrictions that prevent us from disclosing it).

Our role is to advocate for the rights and well-being of people with disabilities, and that includes ensuring that systems meant to serve them are held to federal standards.

Open and honest dialogue is essential to this work, and we welcome conversations with policymakers, stakeholders, and the public to ensure that decisions are made in the interest of those we serve.
