October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a time to recognize the many and varied contributions of workers with disabilities. This is also an opportunity to educate others about the value of an inclusive workforce. With the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) now in place, we can be more hopeful than ever that the United States is moving to a place where inclusion is a fact of life, and not something elusive to strive for.
