Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) Provider Agreement Available Here

Disability Rights Arkansas has secured a copy of the agreement between the Arkansas Department of Human Services and the Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) providers.  The PDF document can be viewed here, and provides extensive information about the responsibilities of the entities involved, enrollment, member services, performance standards, responsibilities of both parties, reporting requirements, and even sanctions and damages.  While this document is 183 pages long, there is a table of contents to assist you in reviewing specific details of the agreement.  DRA staff is currently working on a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) publication about the new PASSE system, and hopes to make this available soon.
