Resident reported to nursing that on Saturday he was playing basketball and fell on his hand. On Sunday night it started hurting. X-ray was completed on Monday morning. X-ray shows acute fracture of right hand, fifth proximal phalanx. Resident was taken Ozark Orthopedics on 01/29/24, they placed a soft cast on his right hand and he will be seeing a hand specialist on 2/2/24.
