On 2/6/24, Resident was assessed by our Nurse Practitioner who found visible and palpable abnormalities in her neck. Resident was sent to Le Bonheur ER for medical evaluation. She had an ultrasound and Chest x-ray done and was diagnosed with Cervical Adenitis. She was returned to facility with antibiotics and ENT recommendation. Resident has a follow up appointment with ENT specialist today (2/8/24).
