Census: 16. Licensing reviewed 2 personnel files and 2 children’s files. All files reviewed complied with the minimum licensing standards
Buildings & Grounds completed. The following areas were observed: bedrooms, bathrooms, butterfly room, seclusion rooms, day room, laundry room, and nurse’s station. The dining room was observed and there were residents eating lunch from the acute side. The unit was clean and all areas observed were organized. All furnishings were in good repair. MARs were reviewed. All initialed and up to date.
