Resident reported shaking or tremors and falling outside. She was assessed and had no injuries. APRN was called and gave order to send resident to Physician Specialty Hospital. She came back with new order to discontinue Cogentin and to follow up next week with Psychiatrist. Guardian called and she stated that her daughter used to do that to get attention from others. She followed up with APRN on 2/23/24.
