Officer was dispatched to Perimeter Behavior Health in reference to a worker being battered by a juvenile. Officer made contact with the complainant/victim, who advised that at approximately 4:05 PM the suspect (resident) started to yell and scream at the nurses. Resident said to “get the fuck away from me”, and afterward, staff stated that the resident lunged at her and grabbed her head and neck. Staff had a bruise on her left hand, and completed the Voluntary Statement.
