Areas observed: gym, units (East, West, North, & South), computer lab, classrooms, cafeteria, dining room area, game room, garden area, and courtyards. Residents must display safety to participate in gardening, and the garden is behind a locked fence. CEO reported the facility has been seclusion free as of 03/01/23 and seclusion rooms are being used as storage closets. MARs reviewed for 5 residents.
