On 5/8/2023 reported that while playing kickball in the gym he slid into a wall. RN on duty notified APRN, K. Reynolds. APRN ordered an x-ray of the right ankle and foot. X-ray report shows normal x-ray examination of the foot. No follow up required at this time.
