Officers made contact with staff who stated that while doing a room check, they found patient with an elastic headband wrapped around their neck. After removing the headband, they began to attempt to revive the patient and used an ammonia pack. Patient began to cough, and when staff attempted to use another ammonia pack, patient held her breath. EMS transported patient to the hospital.
