Resident got his finger smashed in a door on the unit accidentally. He was taken to Children’s Hospital by staff, where he was diagnosed with a fracture to finger. A soft cast was placed before resident returned to the facility. He will be given Ibuprofen as needed for pain. He will follow-up with APRN on site and then we will schedule follow-up at Ozark orthopedics as directed.
