Client stated that another Client grabbed her around her neck and attempted to touch her on the breasts and between her legs. Client stated that she hit her to make her stop. Client was removed from the dorm and was placed in another. Child Abuse Hotline was called.
Licensing Specialist: Kendra Rice
Program Coordinator and Investigator Rudley reviewed camera footage. All residents were in the day area. Ratio 1:6. Staff member had sight of the residents even when they were out of view of the camera from where she was sitting. Resident and Peer were observed horseplaying. Resident was observed kicking her peer in the butt and playing in her peer’s hair. The peer was observed pushing the resident away. It appeared that the peer pushed the resident in the chest area, not in an aggressive manner. No other contact was observed regarding the allegations.
On 1/30/24, CHRIS indicated the case was unfounded. The complaint was unfounded by Licensing.
