Staff reported at approximately 1824 hours that 4 Juveniles had escaped from facility. All Juveniles were located later by Officers.

Caller notified Officer there was a child sitting on the side of the highway. Upon locating, Juvenile stated he had tried to steal a vehicle at Southern Dodge earlier. Juvenile was issued citation for criminal trespass and breaking or entering. After investigating Southern Dodge, Juvenile had attempted to steal a total of 10 vehicles.

Staff reported at approximately 0912 hours that 2 Juveniles had ran away from facility. At approximately 1011 hours, the Officer was notified by Staff that both subjects had been found and returned to the facility.

Staff informed Officers of a missing Juvenile; Upon Officers arrival, Staff stated they had located Juvenile in the gym behind the facility.

Upon Officers arrival to assist ambulence, Officer observed a group of individuals standing over somone lying face down. Staff informed Officer that Juvenile had become combative with Staff and they had to physically restrain him. Staff stated when they tried to let Juvenile up, he became unresponsive and began to shake. Paramedic on scene stated it appeared Juvenile had a concussion; Juvenile was transported to ER. Child Abuse Hotline was contacted and advised of the incident.

Caller with Dallas County Medical Center requested Officer to ER for Juvenile who was beating up the staff. Caller advised she is suicidal and has swallowed glass but won’t let the staff help her; Keeps getting violent with them. Officers responded to Hospital and then to Millcreek regarding the matter.

Juvenile called stated he was being abused; Officer could barely hear over female yelling and throwing things in background. When female saw Juvenile on phone with 911, female hung up the phone. Officer arrived on scene and a Staff member stated she would go to cottage and make sure everything was okay, but they didn’t need an Officer to come out unless he wanted to.

Officers were dispatched at approximately 1309 hours in reference to a runaway Juvenile; Staff advised Juvenile had ran from the property 20 minutes prior. On 6/12/19 at approximately 1940 hours, Juvenile was located.

Caller reported suspicious acitivity on side of interstate; Caller noticed several cars and a van parked on the side of the road and advised 5 people chased a Juvenile into the woods. After contacting facility, Staff advised that they were trying to detain the runaway. Staff also informed Officers that they had found the 2 missing Juveniles that went missing on 6/9/2019 (above).

Staff reported 2 Juveniles had ran away from facility. Officers were unable to locate Juveniles at the time. A Deputy had picked up a Juvenile while patrolling, and upon returning Juvenile to facility the Staff stated that this Juvenile was a different runaway, and that the 2 Juveniles originally reported were still missing.

Police contacted Staff at facility to check if 2 Juveniles that had ran away had returned to facility. Staff stated the 2 Juveniles were located the same day they had ran away. Staff stated all Residents were accounted for at that time.

Staff reported 3 missing Juveniles and advised there is a facility van trying to locate the Juveniles. All subjects were located.

Fleeing, Purpose of Causing Injury, Second Degree Escape, Third Degree Battery
Staff reported runaway Juvenile; Officer located Juvenile walking into gas station. Juvenile broke free from Officer and took off running; As another Officer was coming around the corner, Juvenile charged at him knocking him to the ground. The 2 Officers were advised by another Officer that he had the Juvenile in custody after he ran into a field. Officers transported Juvenile back to facility.
