Staff advised an allegation had been made against an employee possibly hitting a Juvenile with some keys. Staff stated he was investigating the allegation but wanted to make a report. Officers later tried to make contact with staff using # they provided, no answer.

Escape from Youth Service Program, Second Degree Escape
Staff stated that a Juvenile that just arrived from out of state had ran and jumped the fence. Staff later called to advise they had found the Juvenile but needed help, he had ran into the woods. Officers were unable to locate.

Caller (Resident) advised she needed the police to take her to the doctor, that she had swallowed a blade; ProMed responding to Millcreek. Staff stated Caller does this all the time.

Caller requested a welfare check on Juvenile at facility, Caller stated Juvenile had informed her that another Juvenile had choked and punched him. Officer made contact with Juvenile, and called Caller back to inform her everything was okay.
