Battery Third Degree
Director at facility stated that a staff member assaulted a juvenile. Upon video review, director observed staff pick up the juvenile and slam him on the ground. Staff member was then seen going after other juveniles who had tried to hit him during the altercation. Staff member was taken into the administration building where he then left the facility refusing to return his access key.
