Caller (parent, adopted Juvenile) advised she was calling on behalf of Juvenile at facility; Caller stated Juvenile had a No Contact Order against grandfather (biological) but he had been sending letters and packages to Juvenile in facility. Officer discovered there was no active No Contact Order against grandfather. Staff advised that they talked to Caller and were holding a letter from the grandfather to give to parent as grandfather was not on the preapproved individuals list from parents. Caller wanted to press charges; Officer advised Caller of her options.

Staff advised there was an individual going around the building and trying to get into the facility, pushing everyones doorbells. Individual was stating she had just moved there and was out for her first walk and came to see what they were. Officers responded.

Facility stated Caller (Mother) had been calling them all weekend and that Caller doesn’t have custody. Officers did not respond since Caller didn’t have custody.
